At ToyNest, your satisfaction is our priority! If your order didn’t bring a smile, don’t worry — you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all included parts/accessories.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items like personal care or hygiene-sensitive toys/accessories

  • Customized or clearance products (unless received in damaged or defective condition)


🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

1️⃣ Reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and reason for return
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and share the return instructions
3️⃣ Send the product back using a reliable courier (return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective)
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days


💸 Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (depending on the order type)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for store credit only

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
