2. 🛒 Ordering & Payments
✅ Orders can be placed via our official website or through WhatsApp.
✅ All orders are processed shortly after confirmation.
✅ We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfers where applicable.
✅ Once your order is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted unless approved by our support team.
3. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
✅ Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days across Pakistan.
✅ Delivery is free on Orders Over Rs. 4,999.
✅ Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp.
✅ Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues.
4. 🔄 Returns & Refunds
✅ You may return or exchange your product within 7 days if it's unused and in its original condition.
✅ Refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (COD orders eligible for store credit only).
✅ Items like plush toys, opened packages, or personal-use items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
✅ Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is incorrect or defective.

✅ All toys are checked and tested before shipment.
✅ If you receive a defective item, please reach out immediately — we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
✅ ToyNest is not liable for any damage caused by misuse or improper handling of products.
